In 1989, Gerald Williams founded Delta Fabrication & Machine, Inc. with a clear vision: to provide top-notch fabrication and machining services, alongside plant maintenance solutions. Our journey began working with a Texas steel manufacturer, where we quickly established a reputation for quality and reliability. From these early days, we’ve evolved significantly, growing from a modest team to nearly 600 employees today.
Through resilience, growth, and an unwavering commitment to excellence, Delta Fabrication & Machine, Inc. has expanded its capabilities, doubled its production capacity, and achieved significant industry certifications. Our milestones are not just markers of time but testaments to our dedication to advancing the industry and continuously improving our capabilities to meet our clients’ needs.
2010
Starting with 75 employees, we laid a strong foundation that enabled us to grow to nearly 600 employees, reflecting our commitment to building a skilled and dedicated workforce.
2018
We achieved the AISC Erector Certification, a significant milestone that validated our high standards in structural steel erection.
2020
Recognizing the need for expanded capabilities, we doubled our machining capacity, ensuring we could handle larger and more complex projects.
2023
We earned the AISC Fabricator Certification, opening doors to more opportunities and affirming our commitment to the highest industry standards.
2024
Our production soared to nearly 1,000 tons of steel per week, doubling our fabrication capacity. This leap was facilitated by substantial investments, including a new beamline that has the potential to triple our output.
